	Conférence 1 : Situation énergétique au Maroc : état des lieux et perspectives Amin BENNOUNA Université Cadi Ayyad – Marrakech - Maroc Amin BENNOUNA enseigne la physique depuis 1980, a remporté une distinction du Prix National de la recherche (Maroc) en 2009, a dirigé deux sociétés d'énergie (l'une jusqu'en 2005, l'autre jusqu'en 2018) et a occupé plusieurs responsabilités au sein de l'Association Marocaine des Industries Solaire et Eolienne entre 1996 et 2016. Il coordonne actuellement un réseau de 250 chercheurs marocains en énergie après avoir coordonné une recherche sur l'énergie solaire portée par toutes les universités marocaines avec des fonds IRESEN (2014-2018), et après avoir géré deux projets européens multilatéraux "Medcampus" avec des fonds européens (1990-1994). Après avoir construit un scénario énergétique (2007) pour le Maroc 2030 et signé plus de 200 articles, il met actuellement à jour sa "Monographie de l'énergie au Maroc" (première édition en 2011).
	Conférence 2 : Approche Systémique d’intégration des MCP dans le Bâtiment Mohamed EL MANKIBI Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat – Lyon – France Mohamed EL MANKIBI is a Research Director/Professor at ENTPE/university of Lyon (France) member of LTDS Laboratory. He has a PhD degree (Hybrid Ventilation control strategies design and assessment) and the accreditation to direct and manage research. He was the manager and Supervisor of building-related courses of ENTPE and Co-creator and Co-manager of several a Master degrees related to “Green Building” and ‘BIM’. Highly evolved in ENTPE Green and Low Impact Buildings design and optimization program, he has two major fields of research: one is related to the dynamic simulation of thermal and aeraulic phenomena in buildings, the other is related to the development multi-objective optimization. El Mankibi also has spent one year as invited researcher at the University of Colorado at Boulder a well as at Concordia University of Montreal and has been involved in many tasks of the International Energy Agency (ECES and ECBCS programs). He has taken part to several national research projects as coordinator or partner as well as European/International projects. He has developed several original models and experimental devices and initiated and led partnerships with the building industry.
	Conférence 3 : Transferts thermiques couplés à des phénomènes multiphysiques dans les nanofluides Mohamed Naceur BORJINI ENIM – Université de Monastir - Tunisie Mohamed Naceur BORJINI is a professor of physics at the National Engineering School of Monastir, University of Monastir, Tunisia. He obtained his Ph.D. in physics in 1998 from the Perpignan University France and obtained his Habilitation from the University of Tunis-Almanar. Currently, he directs a research group in the fields of fluid flow and heat and mass transfer at the National Engineering School of Monastir, Tunisia. His research interests are heat and mass transfer, numerical analysis, magneto-hydrodynamics, and computational fluid dynamics. He has co-authored over 90 research papers in international journals.
	Conférence 4 : Efficacité énergétique dans l’industrie au Maroc : Réalités et Perspectives Abdellatif TOUZANI Ecole Mohammadia des Ingénieurs, Rabat – Maroc Abdellatif TOUZANI est lauréat de l’École Nationale des Industries chimiques de Nancy, France (1980). Après des études doctorales à l’école polytechnique de Montréal (Canada, 1985), il a intégré l’École Mohammedia d’ingénieurs de Rabat en 1986 en tant qu’enseignant chercheur. Il est actuellement consultant en efficacité énergétique et énergies renouvelables auprès du cabinet NRJ30. Abdellatif TOUZANI dispose d’une solide expérience dans les questions et problématiques liées au changement climatique, l’intégration des mesures d’efficacité énergétique, le développement durable et une production plus propre dans l'industrie , le bâtiment, le transport et l'agriculture. En tant que conseiller énergéticien, et en tant que qu’accompagnateur de projets de production plus propre, M. Touzani a accumulé un savoir-faire étendu de l'intégration du développement durable dans les projets.
	Conférence 5 : Daytime radiative cooling with scattering objects Karl JOULAIN University of Poitiers - France Karl JOULAIN is Professor at the university of Poitiers. He is an alumni of Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris, France. After a PhD on the influence of chemistry on the interstellar medium, he joined Jean-Jacques Greffet group at Ecole Centrale Paris as an assistant professor where he worked on thermal radiation at the nanoscale. He obtained a position of associate professor at ENSMA in Poitiers, France in 2003 and joined the laboratory of thermal studies where he continued his works on heat transfer at small time and length scales. Karl Joulain became a professor at university of Poitiers in 2008. He is the author and coauthor of 130 peer reviewed articles and is currently the director of the CNRS Institut Pprime in Poitiers.
